I just listed an absolutely charming 1918 brick schoolhouse on nearly two acres in Adams, Oregon. The home has been remodeled from top to bottom and features 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a second kitchen, and an attached 5,000 square foot gym. I also discuss how after 21 months with the highest residential price advances in the country, Seattle fell to second place in June 2018. Watch the full video to see who took the top spot!
I recently visited the Seattle Polo & Equestrian Club in Enumclaw, Washington to take a tour of their beautiful facility. This beautiful setting has been transformed into a practice field, and a stick and ball field, plus and a year-round equestrian center with indoor and outdoor arenas. Every year they host a Seattle Cup tournament that's always a lot of fun!

I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Barry Long, a Real Estate Broker with Marketplace Sotheby's International Realty. Barry is a tireless advocate for the disabled population and has introduced a major evolution for people buying and selling homes that have accessibility features. Through his work with the Northwest Multiple Listing Service - the MLS will soon list different accessibility features that a home could have. The NWMLS will be the first MLS to share this kind of information, and the rest of the country is watching!
I was recently asked to speak as a local real estate expert and discuss the Seattle market with The American Dream co-host, Amy Scruggs.
